Makes 8 servings
3-4 lbs boneless pork shoulder
Juice from 1 orange
Juice from 1 lime
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp oregano
Cut the pork shoulder into 4 inch pieces and season with 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp paprika, 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp garlic powder, and 2 tsp oregano
Pour orange juice and lime juice into a slow cooker and place seasoned pork pieces on top
Slow cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours, until pork falls apart easily
Break up pork and transfer to an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet
Broil in oven for 5 minutes, remove and toss shredded pork, and broil for 5 more minutes
Serve on tortillas with sliced red onion, avocado, and cilantro
